This means that UNIMERCO Ltd. will be renamed KYOCERA UNIMERCO Tooling Ltd.
The name change happens because the company has been taken over by Japanese KYOCERA Corporation.
Apart from the name change, everything remains as before, i.e. VAT no., telephone number and address will not change. You will also be served by the same people that you have been accustomed to.
